Position:            Technical Support Representative
Location:            Work from Home

                         December 2, 2020
Offer:                 Up to 35K per month (23K Basic + 2K NTA* + 5K Perf Incentives + 3K max Attendance                                                 Bonus + 20% ND)
**HMO - 2 dependents upon regularization

Requirements:
- Completed at least 2 years in College
- With 2 years of Tech Support Experience and knowledge handling Tech/Telco/VoIP account
- With Good Communication Skills
- With strong and reliable internet connection (the company will provide PC)
- Amenable to work on Nightshifts
- Residing within Metro Manila

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer technical questions, solve technical problems and suggest appropriate workarounds.
- Provide and accurate handling of support interactions - phone, chat, screen sharing and email.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries, questions, complaints, and billing concerns with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism utilizing all resources available given to Tier 1 Reps.
- Offer alternative solutions when appropriate if the issue is beyond the representative's training and scope of responsibility with the objective of resolving the customer's concerns.
- Adhere to schedules, guidelines, and requirements in accordance with the Company's set policies and procedures.
